Physical Training

Physical fitness is mandatory for learners. "BODY IS THE CADGE OF MIND" We emphasise on YOGA, SWIMMING., AEROBICS, GAMES AND SPORTS. WE HAVE A DECENT SIZED SWIMMING POOL which is cleaned up by SANITATION. *SWIMMING builds ENDURANCE, MUSCLE STRENGTH AND CARDIO VASCULAR FITNESS.

YOGA improves STRENGTH, BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY.IT BOOSTS METABOLISM, INCREASED BLOOD FLOW.*AEROBICS is a form of physical exercises that combines rhythmic exercises with stretching strength training. We have regular Physical Training periods for all classes.
